Accenture Transport Security Services Safety Ensuring Performance

Freight and logistics industry representatives report that truck and cargo thefts result in more than $10 billion in annual losses. In addition to this alarming statistic, freight and logistics companies face constant global pressure to succeed in an uncertain economy, as well as increased attacks on fuel tankers. As a result, more and more freight and logistics companies are investigating new solutions to safeguard their assets and reach for high performance.

Incorporating a number of innovative technologies—including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags and sensors, biometrics technologies, and Global Positioning Systems (GPS)—Accenture Transport Security Services offers a range of security options to secure trucks from a journey’s beginning to end.
